Notes on prices

All prices valid for 5 persons, for 6 and 7 people please ask exact price. Also possible discount for 2 people. Pool is object of additional payment.

Possible discount to rent for monthly period. Please ask. Attention! If you see that we have space for reservation for current moment and plus 14 days. We can offer discount for these dates up to 10%

Changeover day
Check in after 15 o'clock ; check out upto 11 o'clock ; late and earlier check in/out possible but with additional payment(please ask).

Booking notes
DEPOSIT : 20% to confirm the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days without penalty. Cancellations or changes between 60 and 30 days of the arrival date:50% the reservation deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
